In 2009 Max B had a 10 year plea deal, that he didn't accept because he believed that the criminal justice system would be just. Instead they used his popularity and made an example out of him. He is sentenced to 75 years in prison for a crime he wasn't even at the scene for. The only conspiracy charges here is that of the court. This case is an example of the injustice of our criminal justice system, threatening us to take the plea deal or you can end up like Max B.
They can imprison a man, but they can't imprison his ideas.
