Pardon/Expunge Larce Nelson for Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana

Created by M.N. on January 13, 2016

In 2009 Larce Nelson was charged federally with Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana. He was never found with marijuana ever, however he was forced into a plea and convicted in 2010. Facing 10-40 years going to trial or 5 years for a plea deal, he chose to concide and take the plea deal. Since then he has married, started a family with two young boys, and has struggled to support his family due to his felony conviction. There have been numerous jobs that he cannot even apply for, due to his felony status, that he is more than qualified for. He has become a family man who cannot fairly do his part to support his family because of this black cloud. Marijuana has now been legalized in multiple states. His record should be expunged to allow him a fair chance in today's society. Please help!
