This Petition request is for non custodial parents that are court ordered by their state to provided mandatory financial, medical and moral support for their biological child. Requesting that some Fiscal Tax Credit be reviewed by The Obama Administation. The standard visitaiton duration of Non-Custodial parents towards vistation is every other weekend equals 6-9 days per month and 72-118 days per year plus summer vistation plus 42 days. This roughly equals six months of one to one care. The right for the Custodal parent to request 100% of tax credit in regards to IRS tax code really should be reviewed. Non Custodial Parties should be allowed to apply these tax credits during the tax season since they are mandated to provided financial and medical support. Joint custody should be shared .
