Parent of a U.S. Citizens who is less than 21 years old must be eligible to apply family based immigrant visa.

Created by N.D. on July 17, 2015

US citizens under the age of 21 should be allowed to petition for their parents for several reasons. Firstly, being considered under age, and as US citizens, they should be allowed to live in their country with their parents and practice their own rights. This offers those US citizens better education in the States which leads to the development of our American nation. I am currently 17 and I will have to leave next month alone to enroll in George Washington University to study pre-medicine. Nothing hurts more than leaving my mother behind. Seeing her cry every night breaks my heart. A family should stay together as a whole especially in an early age. After all, the current law which allows US citizens of more than 21 to petition to their parents isn't as helpful as if the age is less.
