parental rights need to be protected before goverment becomes YOUR child's parental dictator

we ask that parental rights be listed as protected, fundamental rights within the written text of state laws, and the Constitutions which govern those states, and make within those laws, it to be illegal for any federal law to undermine the rights of a parent in the exercise of the upbringing of their children in physical care, education, medical and other such means of providing for the child's "best interest". We ask that DSS be suspended until such time as a formal and concrete set of rules and procedures are created which will force them, nationwide, to adhere to only written texts of state and federal law. That any agent of DSS, or State, be arrested and prosecuted for abuse and neglect of a child, when they exercise authority outside of those laws.
