Parity of Mental Illness

I am asking President Obama for an executive order to treat mental illness equal to any other illness. Eliminate carve outs for mental illness for Medicaid and eliminate the 190 day lifetime cap for inpatient mental health treatment for Medicare. The treatment of mental illness should be done in hospitals, not in prisons. We need full integration of prime care and mental health. I am asking my President for a proclamation to find a cure for mental illness. I am asking this of you from a mothers heart. Thank you, Emma Thorne
