As previously stated, When Mexico's people are trained & taught or continue selling their traditional free trade merchandises in the would be newly built city in valleys, they become financially independent thus able to attain passports or papers legally to enter U.S.A. borders legally.Years of completion should be set. It's possible.Nevada's desserts have many nice homes and businesses for example.
