California is in crisis.
The state government is currently in heavy debt, and is on the verge of failure. This is, no ones fault.
California can be partitioned into several sub-units. Each with unique political, economic, educational, and social agenda's. Since the 1870's California has grown 100 fold in population. In an effort to alleviate the strain of a sole state government running a state with a population larger then Canada's I would like to recommend the Obama administration partition the state along political and economic borders to increase the representative capacity government and allow for more efficient catering to local needs. The liberal's of LA feel that not enough legislature is passed on their causes, while Orange county cringes. This needs to be addressed.
