to pass an act in Congress for the collection of unpaid child support by south korean nationals by arrest if in our land

this petition is for the unpaid child support collection fro deadbeat mother and fathers fro south korea that are parents of us citizen children. the petition would call for a passing of law that would not allow immigration to south koreans into usa for unpaid child support. would also call for immediate apprehension of said individual to stand trial for said offense. also would allow child support collection into agreements between the united states and south korea.
