Pass A(n) Act/Law That Guarantees Equal Pay For Equal Work For All Women.

"On average, full-time working women earn just 77 cents for every dollar a man earns. This significant gap is more than a statistic -- it has real life consequences. When women, who make up nearly half the workforce, bring home less money each day, it means they have less for the everyday needs of their families, and over a lifetime of work, far less savings for retirement." This is a direct quote from the official White House page. So, Why hasn't anything changed? In a single parent household the mother is more likely to have the children, yet cannot provide for them on her pay.
A free country cannot exist without complete equality, yet women still earn 23% less than men doing the same job. Women are not less qualified, we do not deserve less. We deserve equality. We demand equality.
