We are asking Congress to pass The Affordable College Textbook Act. It is bill that was reintroduced into congress October 8th, 2015. This bill would increase the use of open textbooks in colleges to significantly cut down textbook cost. Open textbooks are online books that would be accessible to all students for free.
Textbook cost are rapidly rising and making college a bigger financial burden for student. If the Affordable College Textbook Act is passed it could diminish this burden for students all across the country.
