As other states like Colorado, and Washington pass amendment 64, to legalize recreational use of marijuana,We the people feel its time to lift this prohibition. Marijuana is used everyday by millions of people world wide. It should be legal to do so in the state of Minnesota, as well as the other 49 states in this "free" country of ours. .
