It is ridiculous marijuana is still illegal and it is time to allow the state Texas to grow and sell marijuana. No one has ever died from smoking marijuana and there is no proof that marijuana is physically harmful. Drug dealers across Texas would lose a huge chunk of their business and Texas would be a safer state. This prohibition is not only costly economically, but hundreds of people are killed each year in Texas alone. This needs to end as soon as possible!
