Fans of the horrorcore rap group Insane Clown Posse, who refer to themselves as Juggalos, have in recent years come under scrutiny for their increasingly violent and antisocial behavior. Juggalos, often citing the band's lyrics as inspiration, have been tied to numerous heinous crimes nationwide. Many anti-gang task forces have already made the important step of recognizing Juggalos as a dangerous street gang. We, the undersigned, hereby petition the Obama administration to push for and pass an amendment (henceforth the "Juggalo amendment") officially designating Juggalos a violent and illegal gang in perpetuity.
