Health insurance companies are taking advantage of the wording of this act IN MANY WAYS. One being it says insurance companies will have to pay for 100 % OF COVERED by 2020 by dropping many needed meds from their formularies.
PLEASE REPEAL THIS ACT! THEY ARE RAISING THE COST OF SOME GENERICS BY OVER 700% making them unaffordable while in the donut hole.
THIS IS NOT THE SPIRIT FOR WHICH THIS ACT WAS CREATED.
THIS LAW SCHEDULED FOR 2020 NEEDS TO BE ENACTED NOW! This gives the insurance and drug companies too much time to take advantage of the American public. THIS ACT IS MAKING HEALTH CARE UNAFFORDABLE AS IT IS WORDED
