Pass the "American Fair Tax Act" to increase the federal income tax to 39.6% for all Americans: rich, poor, middle-class

To fund President Obama's vision for America, we need all American's: Rich, Poor, Middle-Class to pay their fair share which is a federal income tax rate of 39.6%. It's discrimination to require citizens to be different tax rates based on class. We need to eliminate all class barriers and unify on the 39.6% tax rate.
