No citizen shall be denied the right to display the American Flag, as long it is in a respectful manner. No citizen shall ever face a fine for displaying the American flag, so long as it is in a respectful manner. This bars HOAs, Communities and Renters and all other entities from denying any citizen from the right to display the American Flag. It further protects citizens from the penalty of fines that might occur from displaying the American Flag. The right to display the American Flag is a freedom of speech covered by the first amendment and an act of patriotism. Denying one the opportunity to fly the American Flag is to deny one there rights as an American.
