pass an "American Made" or "Made In America" law.

This law should consist of incentives for companies to stay in the U.S. and to bring production back to our country. It should include higher tariff or tax penalties for companies that outsource production to other countries and bring their products back to our country to sell. Penalties on this should be set at a 10- 30% rate (higher if needed). Companies that leave the U.S. completely then send products back to our country to sell, should be set at a 30- 50% rate (higher if needed). The law should be effective immediatedly and to include past and future practices of outsourcing of all American Company jobs to other countries.
