Pass an ammendment that officially recognizes the first 10 ammendments to the US Constitution as the "Bill Of Rights".

The United states stands out among the worlds nations as the bastion of freedom. The framers of the US Constitution recongnized certain rights as being necessary for basic freedom from tyranny. They did not intend the bill of rights to grant these rights but rather recognize already existing rights of humanity.
The government should create and pass an ammendment to the US Constitution recognizing the first ten (10) ammendments as the "Bill of Rights". It should also declare these rights as inalienable human rights that can not be repealed by future ammendments or legislation thus preserving the American heritage of freedom.
