Pass an authorization to allow Active Duty Military who are married to ship 2 vehicles for overseas assignments.

Active Duty Military who are assigned overseas and are married typically have multiple vehicles. There aren't many families in the military in this day and age where both the Soldier and Spouse don't have a vehicle. The military only allows the shipment of 1 vehicle at the government expense which causes much friction at times in the what is suppose to be a seemless transition when PCSing to a new duty station. We need congress and the defense department to allow military families to ship more than 1 vehicle so the service members aren't struggling to get their dependants from place to place when they get to a new duty location.
