Pass a bill allowing citizens to vote on foreign policy.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE SENATE
SECTION 1. CITIZEN’S INITIATIVE ACT
This act may be cited as the “Citizen’s Initiative Act.”
SECTION 2. PURPOSE
The Citizen’s Initiative Act will require prior to Presidential or Congressional decisions regarding foreign policy, citizens be able to vote directly on foreign policy issues so that political leaders will be aware of the resolution of the people’s influence directly upon the effects and/or consequences of foreign policy to ensure and promote national security and the specific needs of the people chosen by the people. This act will not include classified information that when exposed harms the nation’s security and welfare of the citizens.
