Pass a bill and grant green card to emplyment based applicants who are law abiding and paying taxes for 10 years

Help legal, lawabiding employment based applicants who have been in country for more than 10 years and have paid taxes for 10 years.
Following criteria
1 legal resident
2 no criminal record
3 paid taxes for atleast 10 years
Help the applicants who are helping US economy and have proven track record of paying taxes amd help fellow citizens in good and bad times.
There should be no place for discrimination based on country origin. Recapture all visa numbers lost and help future permanent residents create more jobs.
It is about time for our leaders to act.
