Pass a bill to change railroad retirement act, social security, and veterans dept affairs survivors benefits rules.

Created by J.M. on January 28, 2014

Survivors Benefits for railroad retirement act, social
security, and veterans dept affairs should be to any biological children unmarried or married and any age. I
disagree that it should be unmarried children under the
age 18. Loved ones deceased would want it to be there child of any age for their dependents. The rules and guidelines is not fair to American citizens. It should be divided among the biological child or adult. My plan is the spouse should be married for over a year and the deceased not incompetant at time of marriage. If not meet then the biological child unmarried or married of any age should be divided in equal shares of all lived childre and if deceased then the divorced spouse should be entitled according to longer relationship establishment.
