pass a bill cutting all congress and senator pay in half and stop all trips and use the money for problems.

Cut all pay in half for all Congress and senate members. Then the money saved from the cut pay should be split. Half of the money should go to a Mental Health facilities. The facilities should be used to help all people with Mental Health problems and used to study and find new ways to help people with mental health. The other half of the pay should be used to help balance the budget and help pay off the budget. Also all fact finding trips the congress and Senate go on should be stopped.
