We the people petition to end federal prohibition in the United states. On February 5th, 2013, A bill was proposed by democratic rep. Jared Polis from Colorado. H.R. 499 will decriminalize marijuana at the Federal level, and leave to the States a power to regulate marijuana that is similar to the power they have to regulate alcohol.
