Urge Congress to Pass a bill to limit the powers of Presidential Executive order. This President and a few others have used the Execute Order Far more than they should have. Nowhere in the US Constitution does explicitly give Executive order rights to the President. In Supreme Court ruled in Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer, 343 US 579 (1952) that the President cannot make law, but can only clarify or act to further a law put forth by the Congress or the Constitution. Through our history there are many cases that can argued that the Execute order have been abused, we need a law that limits, & defines the Presidents Execute Order authority. Our US Constitution explicitly gives the rights to create laws to Congress. Not to the President.
We need to limit the presidents power over us
