Pass a Bill making the PAYROLL tax 4.5% and not let it revert back to the 6.5% rate prior to his " tax Holiday "

This is to Petition the government to keep the payroll taxes at 4.5%. Mr Obama said we needed a " tax Holiday " and that average middle class folks will be able to take an little bit more home. Now it's going back up 2.0%, so ALL WORKING people now get to pay MORE TAXES to support folks who don't.
