Pass a bill or law About Bullying 1,000's of kids each year are bullyed and it needs to stop.

A 10 year old little girl took her own life on NOV 11,2011. Because she was being bullyed at school.She tryed to tell her teacher but she was told by the teacher to stop telling and to set down. There needs to be a law to save this from happening to another child.If there isn't anything that can be done to the childen that are doing the bullying,then there needs to be something done to there MOTHERS & FATHERS.Please stop this before it happens again!!!!!
