Pass a bill outlawing the use of the excuse of a person being "overqualified" as a reason not to hire.

Created by E.H. on January 23, 2013

Employers are overusing the term "overqualified" as a reason not to hire people that need a job. An individual is either qualified to perform the job they are applying for or they aren't qualified.

There is no such thing as over qualification & employers that say an applicant is overqualified to perform the job that they apply for should be subject to hefty fines & possible revocation of their business license.

It's time to do something about the nation's unemployment rate & put an abrupt end to employers making excuses for not putting Americans back to work.
