pass a bill requireing all insurance companies serving US citizens to offer Medicare Supliment insurance

The President and Congress should pass a bill requireing all insurance companies serving US citizens to offer Medicare Supliment insurance policies to all people who recieve medicare. Currently Insurance companies only offer medicare suplimental policies to people on medicare who are 63.5 to 65 years old and older. There are millions of americans who are Disabled and are under 65 and on Medicare who have to rely on medicare & Medicaid for their medical needs because they cannot get a suplimental policy to offset their out of pocket costs. This is Discrimination. If you are 65 on medicare you can get a supplimental policy and you do not pay a dime for any medical bills. All you pay is a monthly premium.. Example if you Dr bill is $100 medicare pay's 80% and suplimental pays 20%
