Pass a bill requiring people who buy guns to have a special ID

Nowadays it is too easy for people to get access to guns. Hence, the amount of gun violence has increased in many places around our entire country. Therefore, Obama should pass a bill requiring people with a desire to own guns to first, go to a four-year college. In addition, during those four years these students would also be required to take several special classes about firearms. Their ID would then be presented to them upon completion of their firearm courses and their four years of college.
