PASS A BILL TO SPREAD THE PROFITS A COMPANY MAKES TO ALL OF ITS EMPLOYEES, INSTEAD OF A FEW ON TOP

Employees at the lower end don't have a voice when it comes to deciding on how the company spends its profits, usually upper management decides how this money is distributed; making it very unfair and almost impossible a good amount reaches employees at the bottom. Pass a law that would allow a fair amount to be more equally distribute to all. PROTECT THE WAGE OF EVERY EMPLOYEE!!!!
