If all documents and legal transactions are composed and executed in the English Language the odds of dispute will be lessened.
It should also be that no tests (drivers, immigration, etc) be given in a language other than English. This should save the taxpayers a bundle of money.
All election ballots should be in English only. This is another taxpayer savings.
Remember all immigrants are required to have a basic knowledge of English.
