Pass the bullet tax to make it cost prohibitive to engage in gun violence.

I propose that a tax be put on bullets with the aim of making gun violence too costly. There should be small carve outs for hunters during hunting seasons and registered and regulated gun shooting ranges.
By most estimates there are only 3 – 4 years of ammunition out there and very quickly the costs of bullets will help make the almost daily gun violence too expensive.
