Pass the Cellular and Wireless Consumer Protection Act

Here is the purposed law : A) Three failures of the same brand and model of phone/device allows customer to receive a credit for any money paid for device or a new device of equal value when device was purchased. (Auto Lemon Law) B) Warranty for device is equal to contract length. C) If vendor transfers ownership of transmission/receiving (towers and equipment) in customers use area (work or home) to another vendor and performance degrades - Customer is allowed to opt out of contract ( no charge or fees) D) Customer will receive notices via the device, automatically for any usage above 50% (each 10% - increments) of monthly term limits. E) any changes during the contract term including no cost benefits, waved fees, features and benefits allow customer to cancel without cost.
