Civilized Money Act,
Within this act is a system of money that shall end all poverty/unemployment within america and allow americans to afford their lives (transportation, food, housing, taxes, bills, ect.)
This act focuses around a system of debt free money of the people used through a card system. This card will build this debt free money on itself via a system explained below.
(Number of achievements) X ($50) every day.
Achievements: Pass 8th grade (graduate middle school),Pass 12th grade (graduate high school),Associates degree, Bachalor degree, Masters degree, Doctorate degree, vocational degree, retired vet, 20yrs work, SS/medicare or 60yrs old, Disable or 80 yrs old.
Prisoners surender all money gained while prisoned.
Once per week, can give local town hall $100-300 for govt help.
