Most colleges, educational facilities, performance arts academies, dance studios, and professional dance companies adhere to strict practices the uphold the safety and well being of their students when studying dance and choeography by requiring students to learn, practice, or perform on specialty flooring strictly engineered for dancers and their safety, accept for a recent rogue educational facility in Antelope Valley that forced its dance students to publically perform on an unprofessional slippery basketball court without any shoes which caused a liftime injury to a student. Millions of students in public schools take dance classes and all schools need to uphold those student's rights. Basketball players don't play barefoot nor wear ballet slippers for a reason on their floors.
