• All arrests that do not substantially compromise national security are completely legal to record via video, audio, or pictorial methods.
• Spectators who intervene during instances of police brutality shall not be prosecuted, unless they use excessive force in doing so.
• All federal, state, and local authorities who knowingly and deliberately violate anyone’s rights and/ or use excessive force shall be immediately terminated from the police force and shall be criminally prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• A new section of the Department of Justice's website shall allow citizens to file police brutality complaints and/ or submit audio, video, or pictorial recordings of such altercations. All complaints shall be reviewed by the Department of Justice.
