1. No Tenure / No Pension. No pay when they are out of office.
2. Congress participates in Social Security.
3. Purchase their own retirement plan, just like us.
4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise.
5. Participates in the same health care system as the People.
6. Must abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
7. Serve their term(s), then go home and back to work.
8. Limited to serving a maximum of eight years.
9. Prohibited from employment or any consultative relationship with lobbying firms or organizations engaged in the shaping or execution of Congressional policy, before and after leaving office. Staffers too.
10. Prohibited from participating or pledging to directives established by extra-Congressional persons or organizations.
