America is a country of immigrants. Every American is a descendant of immigrants. Every citizen, native-born or immigrant, is an American. There is still one thing that separates immigrants from native-born citizens, though, their ineligibility to serve as President or Vice President of the United States. This is wrong and needs to be changed. Every American should have equal rights, whether they came here at the age 50 or their ancestors came here on the Mayflower. The only way to achieve that equality is by passing a constitutional amendment that will allow non-native-born citizens serve as President or Vice President having been a citizen for 10 years.
