We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Pass a Constitutional Amendment limiting appointments to 2 terms of 6 years each on Supreme Court Justices

This will eliminate the necessity of selecting Presidential candidates based on possible Supreme Court Appointments and additionally apply different positions and viewpoints on the Constitution generally.
