Whenever War is required, we need a Constitutional Amendment, Requiring Senators and Congressional leaders to fight along side the FRONT-LINE troops on a 3 month rotating bases, and let them Draw straws to see who goes first rotation.
With this Amendment there will be no party politics involved, it will balance the negotiations to eliminate the desire for needless and unwarranted War causing loss of any life and promote expedience in responsibility and actions directly to the heart of the government.
This will force Diplomacy as the first step and War as the last in every Military action.
