Pass a Constitutional amendment requiring the Supreme Court to examine all new laws and declare them Constitutional .

This Constitutional Amendment will Place the responsibility of ruling on the Constitutionality of a law before it is officially a law eliminating years of abuse before a law is finally ruled on by the court. It is the Supreme Courts responsibility to protect the citizens of this country from violations of our Constitutional rights. This amendment simply requires the Supreme to rule on the Constitutionally of all laws before they became the law of the land.
