We desire, and the United States of America public deserve to have the most most ably, most knowledgeable, and most active problem solvers serving in the US Congress.
This would be accomplished by passing a constitutional amendment that would define term limits for both U.S. Representatives and the US Senators. The limits would become law and require that Congressmen cannot serve or be re-elected once they have meant their term limit.
In addition, a test established and to be taken by all U.S. congressmen and congresswomen over the age of 70. The test would be to determine their cognitive abilities to serve effectively as U.S. congressmen.
