Pass consumer protection laws for immigrants who don't understand the English of their contracts

Created by J.R. on November 15, 2012

Immigrants are challenged everyday, namely by salespeople and employers who can take advantage of their limited English and limited resources, getting them to pay excessive amounts of money on anything that involves written contracts. Because of the virtual infallibility of contracts, immigrants would have no legal recourse to challenge the misunderstood wording and fine print of these written agreements later on after discovering fraud or after their English improves. Enable the creation of immigrant protections to undo deliberate fraud and alleviate the pressure on immigrants' anxiety.
