Pass the "Cummings Act" (the name of this petition) (named after a friend of mine, Jay Cummings)

If an illegal immigrant/ undocumented worker is caught, or if a new immigrant seeks to enter the US, he or she will be given the US Citizenship Test. If he or she succeeds, the immigrant will become a fully legal US Citizen, as will their spouse and children. If he or she fails, that immigrant will be deported along with his or her family. At least one member of a family must pass the US Citizenship test to win citizenship for their family. The US citizenship test, for the sake of immigrants, will be available in four languages: English, Spanish, Portugese, and French (the four main languages of North and South America). This is much more efficient and faster than current US immigration policy, and also more simple and humane.
