The Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) is legislation proposed in the United States Congress that would prohibit discrimination in hiring and employment on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity by employers with at least 15 employees. This would make it illegal at the national level to fire employees for being LGTBQ+, and protect the millions of Americans who live in the 31 states which currently don't protect them from employment discrimination. We urge President Obama to help pass a strengthened form of this bill that closes the "Hobby Lobby loophole."
