Fight for and make passage of ENDA legislation a top priority of the second Obama administration. This legislation is to make discrimination against or harassment in the workplace of LGB individuals illegal so as to provide a workplace that allows all Americans to persue their best work performance in the workplace and concentrate on their career and employment rather than be subjected to verbal or other harassment or discrimination in promotion, etc.. Pass this legislation with or without transgender clause if necessary and work for passage of transgender issues later if support is adequate. Unite all interested parties in passage of what can be done i.e. do not make the perfect the enemy of the good.
