The Equal Rights Amendment has not been passed and men in the work force are being given advantages over women. Men get paid one dollar for every 77 cents women earn. Overtime women are ultimately losing money hand over fist merely because of their gender. The Equal Rights Amendment would prevent situations like this and women would have to be paid the SAME as men. Thank you for time and please consider signing this petition.
