The Equal Rights Amendment reads:
"Equality of Rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex."
H.J. Res 47 is the bill that would lift the time limit imposed on the ERA. All we need is this bill to pass and 3 more states ratify for Equal Rights Amendment to enter the constitution.
